I’m booked July 8 for a flight to Reno, marking the end of my time on Maui, this trip. My heart is already panicking because I know from experience when I’m away from Maui I miss her every single day.

This isn’t very yogic. I’m totally projecting into the future and not being present. i’m guessing my time away will not be fun and I know for sure that’s not true. I’m super excited to see my Nevada friends and our upcoming tour in August to October has several stops that will be wonderful. A yogi would embrace all of it, including some of the upcoming work that isn’t so awesome, but it is in alignment with my work and my life so stay tuned to the breath and breathe through and with it. That’s what we practiced today and it was as much for me as it was the sweet yogis who showed up.
