Lounging Around In Loving-Kindness: Teaching Gentle Yoga at the Wailea Yoga Shala: Wailea, Hi: January 7, 2018
We playing in the energy of the very first yoga sutra (PYS 1.1) Atha Yoga Anushasanam, translated at the teachings of yoga begin here and now. In particular we playing in the now by slowing a gentle yoga down even more than usual. We took time in exploring alignments of self care and loving-kindness, and the anatomical alignments of the motor organ of the will being the feet, and the motor organ of the heart the hands. We connected the movement of breath to moving the heart in a loving way, finding the practice isn't about self improvement, but self study.
