Catching Up To The Teachings: Yoga at Nava Yoga: St. Pete Beach, FL, June 15, 2017

Breath into the diaphram.

This is an instruction I've heard and practiced many times, most recently by Nicki in Maui. And its been showing up a lot for me lately, one month later. It was effective then, and even more so today,

Such experiences happen all the time. I'll be practicing away and hear, from afar, instructions from teachers. Without too much pondering on why, I do my best to listen and follow them.

It always is helpful. Every time.

The teachings appear all the time, seemingly out of the blue, but always useful and reminding me that my timing and God's timing aren't always in sync. The practice is to trust the latter is where the juice is.

I"m so very super grateful I've had so many great instructions from so many souls in so many studios because it reminds me that the teachings are endless. Its one of the great takeaways from a touring life.

Sometimes I'm miles down the road before the teachings land. I suppose its the steady play of opening little by little, trusting a little more and stopping, for real, long enough to let me catch up the teachings and not the other way around.

Namaste
