Classically, an altar serves as a resting place for precious objects. In that way the Grassy Knoll is an altar, with yogis who show up every Monday for practice. The Mondays serve as a ritual of sorts, to start our week. To start...again.

Curveballs continue to make their way over the home diamond. All the virus strains, vaccine delays, visitors traveling in, and partiers going out. The Monday practices are designed to create a sense of safety and relief; a place to rest deep within our own heart.
