Mangos, Yoga, and Other Sunday Delights: Teaching A Private: Wailea, HI: April 18, 2021
Three months later and I’m finally finishing this blog post. I wrote the sequence after teaching a class, but since so much time has passed I don't remember the particulars that inspired the sequence.
I question whether to ditch this blog entry or not. One of the purposes of blogging is a practice of writing, and a practice of recording sequences. So I suppose this qualifies.
And while i’m. thinking about it, practice isn’t always tidy or perfect. It’s about discipline, for me. It might have taken three months to post, but here it is.
