Yoga Is More Fun When Shared: Teaching a Private: Wailea, HI; January 31, 2021

My little Maltese sticks close by no matter what i’m doing. So do the yoga practices.

My little Maltese sticks close by no matter what i’m doing. So do the yoga practices.

Yoga is both an intensely personal experience and it also becomes more alive when shared. I've started building a yoga library and adding courses; a journey of trust and a leap of faith only made manifest with help from my friend Chris Curtis and his AV skills. And only made possible because I've been personally touched by the practice and can't not share.

Yoga is. And it makes it's way through the world in it's own timing, and in it's own way. There's nothing I'd rather do than be a yoga vessel. Both to receive and to flow through.

I suppose it's true of all energy...

I like to think of the yoga practice like my little Maltese. It’s never too far away, it’s an excellent companion, and it makes everything a little sweeter and life easier to bear.

Our Sunday yoga is bigger than just some exercises because we also get to visit with his family and dog. Even the cats come out to play!
