It all started on this morning's beachwalk. I was earlier than usual and the ocean was so quiet, so still, so absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. It's been a whirlwind week and the instant my feet hit the sand, everything went silent. Everything was “OK”, even though the swirl of event was still happening. My anxiety ceased. It was a magic moment. It was yoga in everyday life.. So, that’s what we talked about today while we moved and breathed.

There are days when I barely want to walk out of the studio and back into life. Of course it’s sheer fantasy to believe one could live in a yoga studio, but there is always the possibility one could live as a yogi. Anyway, I’m doing the best I can.
