Never underestimate the power of a good granny yoga class.
There was a lot of wisdom in that room today including this hip strengthening exercise: one leg in virasana, one leg in sukasana, then lift to standing on your knees.
It was a prayerful movement that brings you to your knees. It is a movement of a warrior and I felt embraced and loved in the company of elders.
