Its Just The Weather with LeAnn at Yoga Loka:, Reno, Nevada: March 17, 2017

The tour storms followed me all the way home to Carson Valley.

The tour storms followed me all the way home to Carson Valley.

This winter tour will be remembered as 'the nor'easter' tour. Messy weather followed us from Texas and all the way through my flight back home to Carson City. While people talk about the weather with great ease, and great opinions, it is the weather of my mind that seems to have kicked up the greatest mischief for me lately.

We sold our beautiful home in Carson City and have plans to move to Reno with the bigger plans of spending our off time in Maui with clear blue skies and ocean breezes. There is so much work that needs to happen from here to there. I'm consumed and tinkering on the edge of overwhelm but drag myself to yoga class amidst it all because I think it will help.

And it does. One of the instructions was to watch our breath and our mind, a common instruction. But nonetheless useful always. Sitting as still as I could muster and watching my choppy breath and my tornado-like mind, the teacher offered the alignment to observe, "its only weather".

Things will change.

And they will, I know that. And with some awareness and a great amount of work to sit and breathe, things did begin to shift ever so slighly, but enough that I can step foot firmly in the direction of the hard work ahead.

Health, Love, and Rock N Roll.
