Teaching Half Moon and Wholeheartedness: Yoga Sol, Carson City, NV: August 15, 2017
Jenn asked me sub today for the 9AM. Before I could let my mind wander into the many reasons why I couldn't, instead I immediately said yes because if I want to make my way, somehow, some way into teaching yoga again, I need to teach yoga again.
I'm working on eliminating the word impossible from my vocabulary.
Glen Campbell's song Try A Little Kindness has stuck with me so we aligned with kindness and letting our hearts shine while moving toward full moon pose. We used sutra 2.2, 2.46, 1.33, and Glen's Campbell's song be our inspiration. Here's our sequence.

Here's the words to Try A Little Kindness
If you see your brother standing by the road
With a heavy load from the seeds he's sowed
And if you see your sister falling by the way
Just stop and say "You're going the wrong way"
You got to try a little kindness, yes show a little kindness
Just shine your light for everyone to see
And if you try a little kindness then you'll overlook the blindness
Of narrow-minded people on the narrow-minded streets
Don't walk around the down and out
Lend a helping hand instead of doubt
And the kindness that you show every day
Will help someone along their way
You got to try a little kindness, yes show a little kindness
Just shine your light for everyone to see
And if you try a little kindness, then you'll overlook the blindness
Of narrow-minded people on the narrow-minded streets
You got to try a little kindness, yes show a little kindness
Just shine your light for everyone to see
And if you try a little kindness then you'll overlook the blindness
Of narrow-minded people on the narrow-minded streets
