Lift Your Toes: Yoga at Triyoga in London, England: March 11, 2017
In London I've been walking between 5 and 10 miles a day playing tourist. Standing poses feel strong and powerful and super grounding, which in essence it feels like what my body is wanting from me right now after our tour.
Our teacher today asked we raise the three center toes in our standing poses.
Yet another useful suggestion on how I might feel grounded and also buoyant, a visitor in these parts, but also connected.
