Being: Yoga at Red Hot Yoga: February 27, 2017: Guildford, UK



The first thing I noticed on the mat was at least another 5 pounds put on by all the bread and jam I've been consuming. I could have had a hey day with all that but the teacher was so lovely that I fell into happiness just being back on the mat and in my body.

I stayed for a double. The first class was a very lovely Sivananda gentle yoga sequence, followed by 90 minuite rest meditaon class which was one of the most heavenly of all time.

The focus was not on doing, but being, an idea thats oft talked about but to experience it for real is another story.

She got us in deep and was a poet and it struck me so beautifully that I don't even have words for it.

I believe I have learned something that will forever change how I feel about myself.
