We endeavored to stay quiet, meanwhile life swirls around us begging our our attention. There was a lot of construction noise today so the play was to keep calling attention to the body, where the Buddha says, its the swiftest place to find peace, quiet, and ultimately wisdom.

Some of the teachings we tapped into were friendliness, cheerfulness, and gratitude. The mind’s natural benevolence is our best refuge. We used our breath and it felt like we all held space for each to enjoy the yoga.
