I was a little nervous before class today because the sequence hadn't quite revealed itself in spite of several hours of trying to figure it out and planning my class. I decided to trust I’d be lead if I got stuck so teaching today was as really helpful to me, as was having friends in class.

Because I've spent more time than usual in worry, so anxious about what will happen next, in particular to my little beloved beach house and all that she represents for me. David arrived on island this week and when I can't see my worry, he can. That’s what relationships are good for, to call you on your bad habits and behaviors. I mean, I don’t like it, don’t get me wrong. I can spin out with the best of ‘em, believe me. Learning to transform from dark emotions to light ones is a high practice of yoga and not only helps me but makes our house and our world a better and more loving place.

In sanscrit the word for "Truth" and "Real" are the same thing. When I can get out of my own way and in to the Truth it feels better. I want to know more about all that, including if "The Truth Will Set You Free" (John 8.32) really happens. To me it does, at least for a few moments, so I thought I'd bring it to class to see if others had a similar experience.
