G.K. Chesterton defined gratitude as "happiness doubled with wonder" and claimed it to be the highest form of thought. Today we used gratitude as our main alignment as we made our way though sticky shoulders and hips, and finding yoga as defined by sutra 1.12 "practice and surrender". We also touched on sutras 1.2 to 1.4 , with emphasis on how positive emotions for real help us give room to the tight spots. Here is our sequence:
